You Can Now Bring Small Knives in Carry-on Luggage, But Baby Powder? No Way!

Airline passengers can bring small knives on flights, but bath salts and baby powder are now banned from carry-on luggage as of yesterday, under new Transport Canada rules.

 

Knife blades that are 6cm or less are now allowed, but powders and granular material in containers that measure more than 350ml, like sea salt, foot powder, cooking powder, or sand are no longer permitted in carry-on baggage.
