Indian Brook RCMP say two men busted into a man’s home Wednesday morning and one of them picked up a cribbage board and hit him in the head with it….twice!
Random Cribbage Fact: ‘Muggins’ is a rule that lets your opponent claim points that you fail to score in your own hand or play, or if you forget to use your peg on the board. It can make you pay a double penalty…since you wind up not getting the points, AND your opponent gets them for what is basically a simple mistake, not bad play. This sneaky little rule makes it super tough for beginners, who are obviously most likely to lose points.
….I guess these fellas took the whole “muggins” thing too literally.
