-Two motorcyclists were airlifted to hospital this weekend following separate crashes on Nova Scotia roads.
One person was injured in the Annapolis Valley Sunday afternoon, and a 76-year-old man from Oregon was taken to hospital after his motorcycle crashed on Highway 104 near Salt Springs on Saturday afternoon.
RCMP are investigating the cause of the crash.
-Complaints continue to pour in about Banana Boat sunscreen. So far, Health Canada has received 187 complaints since May 11th. Ninety-six of the cases detail burns or blister-related reactions, and more than half of the alleged victims in those cases were children or adolescents.
Banana Boat Canada says rigorous testing of its sunscreen show that it’s safe and can’t cause chemical burns. Banana Boat denies that there’s anything wrong with its sunscreen products.
