‘Floating Terror’ Has Arrived In Nova Scotia

A  family stumbled across a beautiful but dangerous visitor.

 

A Portuguese Man o’ War washed up on Crystal Crescent beach, and although they are cool to look at they can be very dangerous to touch.

 

Their sting is very painful, and in some cases can be fatal.

 

Normally found in warmer waters, they have been known to make their way to Nova Scotia on occasion.

 

If you see one on the beach or in the water avoid coming into contact with it.

 

As dangerous as this creature can be it is still less terrifying than ‘The Portuguese Man o’ War’ Aldo Montoya
